If you’re completely unsatisfied with the LapDawg X4, you may return it within 30 days of the SHIPMENT DATE. We will refund you for your purchase for $89.00 (refund does not include shipping), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging (white card board box carrying case), instructions, and in an undamaged state.
Product / Unit Exchanges Return Policy (effective for 1 year)
If you have received damaged goods upon RECEIVING the product, we will exchange it upon RECEIVING the damaged product, AND investigation. Please notify us of a valid claim in respect to defective product. Please return it with original packaging, and send it back to us. We will inspect the product to ensure that it was a shipping or manufacturing defect and will issue a new product or a refund upon completion of the investigation.
Provided that you notify us of a valid claim in respect to defective goods, you will be able to exchange for a refund or replacement product to the value of the original order within 1 year of the shipment date of your original order. You are responsible for the cost of returning the defective goods that are the subject of the claim and making them available for collection. Any replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost upon our receipt of the product in question.

- The package comes in a large 20.5" x 26" x 4.5" corrugated box which contains:
- 1 instruction pamphlet
- 1 2x4x4 white cardboard carrying case with handle.
- Inside you will find an ASSEMBLED LapDawg X4 in a clear protective plastic sheet.
- The whole shipping package is approx. 9 lbs.
We STRONGLY recommend you keep the white carrying case and the 2 piece holders inside. It is a very handy accessory as a mobile case for the LapDawg X4….

Within Canada and the USA ground shipments should arrive in about 5 - 10 business days of your order date. Please check our order tracking page 24 hours AFTER ordering to give time for our shipping company to receive and process the shipment.

We can ship internationally. Please click on our international orders page and fill out the form as best you can to get you an accurate shipping quote.

Your order will probably be charged customs fees as well (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, Lapdawg has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.
The shipping charges you pay to LapDawg do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to LapDawg and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
We have no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.
It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!
