Product Returns & Exchanges

If you’re completely unsatisfied with the LapDawg X4, you may return it within 30 days of the SHIPMENT DATE. We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging (white card board box carrying case), instructions, and in an undamaged state.

If you have received damaged goods upon RECEIVING the product we will exchange it upon RECEIVING the damaged product, AND investigation. Please notify us of a valid claim in respect to defective product. Please return it with originally packaging, and send it back to us. The claim is only valid within 30 days of SHIPMENT DATE of the product. We will inspect the product to ensure that it was a shipping or manufacturing defect and will issue a new product or a refund upon completion of the investigation.

Packaging Details

• The package comes in a large 20.5" x 26" x 4.5" corrugated box which contains:
  • 1 instruction pamphlet
  • 1 2x4x4 white cardboard carrying case with handle.
• Inside you will find an ASSEMBLED LapDawg X4 in a clear protective plastic sheet.
• The whole shipping package is approx. 9 lbs.

We STRONGLY recommend you keep the white carrying case and the 2 piece holders inside. It is a very handy accessory as a mobile case for the LapDawg X4….

General Shipment Times

Within Canada and the USA ground shipments should arrive in about 5 - 10 business days of your order date. Please check our order tracking page 24 hours AFTER ordering to give time for our shipping company to receive and process the shipment.

Canadians:
There may be a delay at the customs office. This will delay shipping, please check the status of your order to know more.

American Order information Details

• LapDawg X4 currently retails at $130.00 USD. This includes continental ground shipping
  to mainland USA.
• If you live in Alaska or Hawaii or the U.S. territories (Puerto Rico)…please email
  sales@lapdawg.com for exact quote for air shipping.
• Next day air or express shipping is available at extra cost. Again please email us for next day orders.
  We are currently looking to add this option in the e-commerce system soon.

Canadian Order Information Details

Taking account of the currency rate and other shipping factors we have priced it at a flat rate of $140.00 CAD for Canadians including continental ground shipping. That price does NOT include GST or PST* (*if you live in the province of Ontario).

Even though we are a Canadian company, the LapDawg is shipped from our warehouse in the USA. (We plan to have a Canadian warehouse soon!) For now, there will be Customs & Duties charge for which we are not responsible for, nor will we know the estimated cost as it seems to fluctuate due to unknown factors.

The shipping charges you pay to Lapdawg do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Lapdawg and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

International Orders

We can ship internationally. Please click on our international orders page and fill out the form as best you can to get you an accurate shipping quote.

We have found shipping will be at least $200 USD by air using DHL to the UK as an example and will be around that price in and around Europe. The package comes in a large 20.5" x 26" x 4.5" corrugated box, and weighs approx. 9 lbs.

Your order will probably be charged customs fees as well (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, Lapdawg has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!
