By purchasing goods and or services from LapDawg.com you will be entering into a legally binding contract with FusionFactor Corporation. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website. By accessing this site and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

• Contract – means the contract of the sale and purchase of goods and or services.
• Delivery area – means all addresses in North America.
• Goods – means any products and or services displayed on this site for sale.
• The website – means the presence accessible via LapDawg.com.
• The customer – means any person accessing this site and/or placing an order.
• We/us – means FusionFactor Corporation.

Basis of sale

On acceptance of any order placed though the web site the conditions shall be deemed as laid out below. We endeavour to give you a clear idea and description of all the products we sell.

Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and subject to availability.

The price of goods purchased on the web site will be fixed for a period of 30 days from acceptance of the order.

We will charge your credit card for full payment on receipt of the order. If it is not possible to obtain full payment we reserve the right to suspend delivery of the goods. We accept no responsibility if a delivery is delayed due to full payment not being forth coming.

FusionFactor Corporation will take all reasonable care to ensure that any information given to us via this website will be treated in a private and confidentially secure manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer due to unauthorized access being gained by any third party unless it is due solely to the negligence of FusionFactor Corporation.

Delivery

All goods will be delivered in accordance with the information given at the point of order. It is the customer´s responsibility to ensure that all the information needed to successfully deliver the goods is placed on the order. If the delivery fails due to the information not being correct a further charge may be made.

We will aim to send any goods ordered within 4 working days subject to stock. FusionFactor Corporation will not be responsible for any delays in delivery due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Ownership

Ownership of all goods will only pass to the customer when full payment has been cleared and delivery has been made. Risk of damage and or loss of the goods will pass to the customer at the point of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase due to:

• factory defect (will require description of defect)
• damage due to improper packaging (will require photo of package in the state it arrived)

Please contact us within 1 year of shipment of your purchase and we will endeavour to correct any problems.

Provided that you notify us of a valid claim in respect to defective goods and have read our returns and exchange policy here you will be able to exchange defective products to the value of the original order for the lifetime of the product. You are responsible for the cost of returning the defective goods that are the subject of the claim and making them available for collection. Any replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost upon our receipt of the product in question.

We are unable to replace goods that have been supplied in accordance with the order but are rejected due to the personal taste of the recipient.

Cancellation

Cancellations will be accepted on any order prior to its dispatch. On cancellation the customer will be refunded back to the credit card the order was placed with.

Cancellation after dispatch will only be accepted if delivery has not been made. If delivery has not been made FusionFactor Corporation reserves the right to charge for the delivery but refund the product value.

Liability

We will not be liable for any losses incurred under any third party contract that may be dependent on this contract.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

We shall not be considered liable for any breach to this contract due to circumstances of force majeure.
